This premium Pull-Up bar, designed and manufactured in Taiwan using high-grade materials, can be installed in doorway openings up to 40 inches long (inclusive of the provided hardware). The minimum length of the bar measures 25.25 inches and it can support up to 300 pounds.

The hardware required for installation is included in the package. This comprises a set of safety brackets with screws, as well as a set of sit-up plugs. All you need is a screwdriver or a drill to complete the setup. For maximum safety and stability, the installation process requires the use of screws.

The removable hand grips on this Pull-Up bar are made of neoprene material and can be easily adjusted using Velcro. This feature allows you to position the grips in the most comfortable position for your hands.

This versatile equipment is not limited to just Chin-Ups and Pull-Ups. You can also mount it to the bottom of a doorway to maximize your sit-ups, crunches, and even triceps dips. Additionally, extra door mounts are available, making it easy to move the bar to different locations.
